Review summary

This cruise was great it was the first time all of our family had cruised together. We had 4 generations aboard and it was lots of fun for all. Navigator of the Seas was a great ship for us, not too big, yet not too small. The ports of call were fun, but the ship was the real star for us. All of the staff went above and beyond. Their dedication was obvious in everything that they did. We enjoyed the ship so much that the wife and I sailed her again, a few years later and with a different itinerary.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Embarkation was smooth and we did not experience any issues.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food on board was superb. We enjoyed the main dining room, buffet and a couple of the specialty restaurants. The beverage service at the bars were fantastic. The bartenders were awesome and learned many things from them and about them.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did not use any of the onboard activities except for the pool. The pool was great and very refreshing on a hot day.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Our family enjoyed all of the onboard stage shows. The performers were stellar and very energetic. We also enjoyed the cigar bar most nights. We were so happy to see it on the ship.

Children's Programs

We did not use any of the children''s programs.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every employee on the ship went above and beyond to make our voyage a memorable one. We cannot give enough praise to the efforts of the entire crew and staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We did not have any problem finding our way around the ship. Everywhere we looked, the ship was spotless. It was easy to see a crew member cleaning, somewhere on the ship, day or night.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was very comfortable and extremely well maintained by our Steward.

Ship tip

Do not miss the cigar bar, it is very nice. Even if you are a non-smoker it is worth a quick look around.

Ports of call

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

3 out of 5
We did not venture beyond the dock because we were advised that it was too dangerous for tourists.

Belize City, Belize

5 out of 5
We enjoyed Belize City very much. We took a city tour and it was a lot of fun.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We enjoyed Cozumel, also. The men went on a tour of the Jose Cuervo plant, while the ladies had lunch and shopping in town.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Our disembarkation was very smooth with no glitches.
