Nice clean ship, helpful staff, good itinerary but lackluster food and tours. Loved our stateroom 9564. Still a fun and relaxing cruise. We won’t purchase The Key next time.

Hooked, Chops and Jamies Italian were all very good but the main dining room had mediocre food. Hot foods were not always hot and the taste was disappointing so many times. Windjammer seemed to have very limited dishes and temperatures were also off.

Wait staff are awesome but what has happened to the food. I wonder if the focus is now on the Pay dining venues. My husband had steaks that were tender but tasteless.

Plenty to do but some of the best times were doing nothing. Pool chairs were nearly impossible as people’s saved chairs evidently before the sun came up yet were not to be seem.

Hugo was repetitive and annoying with his announcements. Worst cruise director on the dozen cruises I’ve taken. Shows were ok and it was something to do but again, not the best I’ve seen.

Went to the Crazy Quest which is adult entertainment. There was a young man there who looked to be underage.(Yes, it’s sometimes hard to tell). However, too much emphasis on the men dressing in women’s undies.. Also one man kept baring his butt and undulating around the floor. Disgusting behavior. This will probably make some people want to go. We have done this in the past and it was much more fun- not just vulgar.

Room steward was great as was assistant waiter and waiter. Other staff were better than some previous cruises yet not everyone seemed to have answers about The Key benefits.

Very nice ship. Loved our Junior Suite. Predictable shops and bars all of which were kept clean and shiny.

Get to know the barmen, they’ll take great care of you.
Rented a cabana at a ridiculously high rate and our cabana steward was not very helpful. Too many people tried to crowd the beach directly in front of the cabanas so we had difficulty getting to the water.
Disappointing tour. Guide pointed out all the fast food joints talking about how much she liked them. Our taste of Aruba was a lukewarm cheese “pastry “. Long drive with repetitive scenery. 15 minutes on a crowded beach and a drive past all the resorts.
