Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We did not experience any specialty restaurants. The dining room and buffets were very good. Expecting perfection is unreasonable when you consider they were feeding thousands of guests each day.

Main Lounge

R Bar was our go to venue. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly very friendly and courteous! They made each of us feel like the most important guest . Great job Savio, Alex, Javy and the entire staff!

Onboard Activities

Cabin / Stateroom

I thought an inside cabin may be a bit small and closet like, but to my surprise I thought it was quite roomy and comfortable. Basil was very attentive and kept our room neat and clean each day! He was very welcoming as well! Job well done Basil!

Ship tip

Explore, relax, enjoy all the venues! There is something for everyone!

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Lunch at Morton's in Coral Gables. It was a bit expensive, but enjoyable.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

The private beach was awesome! We went on the Paradise Cove excursion, which we thought was not a good value, $89 per person. We were taken by boat to a cove, hardly paradise though. Not much area to enjoy the sun. They did not tell us we would exit the boat in thigh deep water, which was difficult for my mother and I, both having knee issues. We thought we would be taking a tour of a Haitian village, but it was just staged. The vendors were somewhat pushy to purchase their wares. I would pass on this excursion.

Willemstad, Curacao

Kralendijk, Bonaire

We did some shopping and snorkeling at the beach! Water was a little wavy, the snorkeling was awesome!

Oranjestad, Aruba

Lovely! Fun shopping, gorgeous beach! I want to go back!

Disembarkation

We had to be out of our room by 8 am. They were a bit behind on the schedule, but overall, for what they had to accomplish, disembarking thousands, it went well. Organized chaos.
