Review summary

We had such a wonderful time(other than the pre-Labdee storm)! There’s so many opportunities to encounter both on the ship and on the islands. Obtaining the much needed stress-free time was very much appreciated. We’re ready for “island time” again!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was impressive how quickly we were able to board! We enjoyed looking around the promenade deck while waiting on our room. We were able to watch our departure while dining in the Sapphire dining area with our awesome waiter Ajit.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
From the Windjammer, to the Sapphire dining room, there was always something we found we were hungry for.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Fun daily activities here were daily trivia’s and jewelry making. Emily and G made this time so enjoyable!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The musicians sounded good every night. The comedians they booked were great, some combining juggling while telling jokes. The ice show performance was wonderful!

Children's Programs

We didn’t have children on board with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was exceptional! I wish I had taken a pic of her. She was always happy, filled with sweet words, and make our room up immaculately daily...twice! Ajit our waiter in the Sapphire Dining room- fun, excellent service, and always friendly. Emily was so fun to be around. She’s always upbeat and made each activity a blast! G was another who made activities a great time.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
We were impressed by the small amount of time needed to wait at the elevators. Due to knee issues, they were a must. We enjoyed the promenade deck filled with shops, music, and food. We liked how activities were spread throughout the ship to keep the flow of people run smoothly.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
While it was tight getting into the bed, due to the ends being butted up against the couch and dresser/desk, it was comfortable. We really weren’t in the room much because we were out having fun!

Ship tip

There are so many things to do and keep you busy. Take the opportunity to watch it dock. The sideways docking was impressive!

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

From arriving to departing, all went well. Highly recommend MJS transport for getting to the port from the airport and back; Incredibly smooth and friendly drivers!

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island) Did not visit port

Due to bad weather, we had to miss this port.

Willemstad, Curacao

5 out of 5
For us, the most impressive port. The buildings were colorful, people friendly, and township clean. There was great shopping, too!

Kralendijk, Bonaire

My husband enjoyed snorkeling. We didn’t get the feeling the people there enjoyed visitors.

Oranjestad, Aruba
