Review summary

Our favorite par of the cruise was the nightly entertainment, in particular the JAZZ BAND was FANTASTIC!!! Variety and quality of the food was average. Dennis did an awesome job in the WindJammer however closing that at 9pm nightly is NOT a good idea. No midnight snacks, no high tea, no chocolate extravaganza..... a lot lacking.

Not a fan of the Islands we visited however we knew that going in. We went anyway because we liked the ship and that it was 9 days.

Igor in main dining room was GREAT and very professional.

Our cabin had a lot of mold and our son came down with an ear infection from it and we received a $320 Dr bill from the Dr on board.

carpets in hallways and common areas need to be updated. A more nautical theme would be suggested.

The cafe on the royal promenade is open 24/7. They have teas, coffees, hot chocolate etc. Food served is normally a variety of filled sandwiches and wraps, sometimes pies and pasties, they sometimes had hot dogs too, oh and pizza by the slice. There was always a selection of desserts too like cookies, cake and fruit. Food was always good and fresh as the team just kept making fresh whenever something was running low.

We were on her last year and unfortunately Windjammer opened between about 12-9pm. Cafe Promenade had assorted snacks e.g sandwiches, pizza slices and cakes, fruit, tea and coffee. You can order from the room service menu (not sure if its still free as there were talk of charges) but a fee after I think Midnight. Hope that helps. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect on the Navigator from food to the entertainment, so enjoy.

I haven't been on Navigator yet but I've read that they serve food in the Promenade Cafe 24 hours a day. Maybe someone could clarify?

So is there any other inclusive food available after 9pm? First time cruiser so not sure what to expect.
