Review summary
Sat at the airport for 4 hours waiting to the bus to take us to the pier. Finally, 2 buses show up and we got on bus #1. Bus #2 got to the pier 30 minutes ahead of us because bus 2 took a detour to drop 2 people off at a hotel witch caused us to get caught behind a raised draw bridge. When we finally got to the pier we had to stand outside in the heat for 3 hours just to get in the terminal.
It appears there is no maintenance being done on the ship. Rust, flaking paint. When something stops working, such as the waterfalls behind the bar in the Wind Jammer or the water spouts in the pool, they don't repair them, just leave them out of order. Most of the staff are friendly, but the captain in invisible. Not passenger friendly at all. Never out and about mingling with passengers. Wood balcony railing is a disgrace. Ship needs to be put in dry dock. The process of doing back to back cruises is insane. Nobody on the ship or in the terminal have a clew as to how to do things efficiently. On the second turn around day the guy leading the group from the Star Lounge to the terminal went to the wrong side of the ship even after I twice told him he was going the wrong way. When he slid the doors open he gets this dumb look on his face, like, WHERE DID THE TERMINAL GO? We will never again cruise on Navigator of the Seas or leave from Miami.
