Review summary

When I booked with Cheap tickets I was promised an on board credit and a virtual balcony neither one of these took place. When I asked quest service I was told they didn't have virtual balconies when the other couple were traveling with had one. The on board credit wasn't booked the cruise line said by the travel agent. So beware and make sure everything comes back when pay.

There are other ways to get a good deal on a cruise and why someone would go through an outside "cheap" outfit is mind blowing to me.

Call a supervisor, same thing happen to me I was credited obc, upgraded to a to suite that was a available but not a virtual balcony. Don't back off hold your ground.

I went on this ship twice both times I had great food experiences. I usually would get a escargot and a Cesar salad for appetizers. The rest of the courses are always delicious whatever I got. My room service was good at their job and flexible to my times
