Review summary

While we did not know what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised...

The quality of service, the attentive staff, the culinary delights made out by the Royal Caribbean chefs, the extremely polite staff exuding the philosophy of "customer always comes first"..... all exceeded our expectations.

Our satisfaction reached such heights that we immediately signed up for another cruise while aboard the Navigator of the Seas.

Very happy with for recommending this cruise with the Royal Caribbean

Simply put, Malvene redefines the word "hospitality". His extremely genteel demeanor, caring attitude, and a natural ability to make someone feel special sets him apart from the rest. We felt privileged to have known Malvene in these 5 days.

Lastly, we would like to recognize Will Steele from housekeeping who always kept our room organized, clean and tidy. Seeing Will's great work and beautiful napkin artistry, we used to say to ourselves that Royal Caribbean cruise is just like having our own home move with us wherever we go. Same luxury, same care, what we are used to, is available on whichever shore or country we are in.

Formal nights were on Monday and Friday in March 2015 on Navigator

My best guess would be Monday not the night we board you don't feel like it and may not have time if you get bags late. Friday (Maybe Thursday) have fun on the way out LOL. can't do it Saturday you need to pack. I'm sure Royal would be glad to answer that question, Probably the same schedule over and over for them.
