Review summary
This was a repeat trip to escape the winter weather and soak in some sun. We enjoyed the Windjammer cafe- where we ate all of our meals. We wanted a simple trip- no dressing for dinner stuff. The Windjammer offered a wide variety of international foods or the old standard hamburgers or hot dogs. We did miss the port in Falmouth, Jamaica due to high winds and went to Montego Bay instead. Unfortunately, there was not much to do or see there. The other stops were the Caymans and Cozumel, Mexico which had the usual touristry stuff. The staff on board were pleasant and took care of problems in a speedy manner (we didn't have any hot water in our cabin).
some cons: They have cut corners on staff and in the afternoons a walk thru showed towels left everywhere, coffee cups etc. They push drinks but mine did not have any or very little alcohol in it. So I didn't order any more. The cruise was mostly Texans ( including me) which is why most of the bars, lounges played country western music-not my taste. There was a dj that played music at night for the young crowd.
