the Pyramids were the ultimate sight of a lifetime;driving through the cities of Alexandria and Cairo was a great eyeopener to the contrasting lifestyles of westerners;you can also see the modern ring road area being built with shopping malls,Starbucks,McDonalds and mosques side by side ...a camel ride is a must!
Old Town walled city was a must see;walking down through the market and bargaining for goods was a great experience;the drive along the coast was scenic with the beaches and tourist villas
excursion disappointing;Acropolis closed due to strike,guide just hurried group off to market area;on our own we loved the sights,museum,Zeus Temple and touring the market
