From start to finish the MSC staff were so helpful and friendly. Our cabin was spotless and comfy. The choice of food was amazing. We dined in the opera and was looked after by Kandi our waiter for the week, what an amazing person. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant aswell well worth it. Facilities were were great fun, plenty to keep you busy on sea days. Really enjoyed port days, well organised. Lift system best I have seen. Pizza superb. Vegetarian options great in all restaurants. Will definitely go again on MSC, thank goodness we didn't take any notice of negative reviews.

After ready usual negative reviews, I was not expecting great things. Could not have been more pleased. Food was amazing in buffet and restaurants, wonderful choice. I member of party is vegetarian, choices were brilliant. Mexican restaurant, went out of their way to accommodate. Thank you

From start to finish all staff were so happy and friendly, always smiling. We did not meet one negative staff member, and to think of some of the guests they have to put up with is a real credit to MSC.

The decor and design is incredible. So sparkly and dazzling. Lots of great photo shots to take. The galleria is beautiful. Even the casino has a great floor feature.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was outside double with window. Very clean and clean and fresh. Lots of space, comfy bed. Hairdryer, much appreciated. Good shower.
Ship tip
Please just ignore negative reviews. The value for money is unbelievable. It is a lively busy ship, but there are areas to sit quietly if that's what you like. The staff are brilliant. Think what you would get for same money on a British holiday.
Again, we had heard bad things. Not in our experience, easy and straightforward. Clear instructions. Straight off no problem. We heard one person complaining, but it turned out she hadn't bothered to read her letter in cabin, which clearly said where to go.
We are going in September and I was getting very worried reading all the negative reviews so it was lovely to hear someone being positive. So thank you.
