Review summary

MSC could be a stellar experience if they improved their food and service as well as ability to accommodate the large quantity of people exiting and entering the ship in ports. Will not use them again until they get better reviews in these areas.

Dining rooms were crowded and noisy. Service was poor and food was awful. Beef, pork and fish were poor quality and not prepared well.

Service and Staff

Slow service in dining room, slow clean-up of tables in buffet due to inadequate staff. Had to search for staff to clean tables. Restrooms were not well maintained. Room stewards were very good though.

That ship will never get good reviews as long as they keep sailing at full capacity. Too many people. Go on a smaller MSC ship and I think you will enjoy yourself.
