Review summary

Food was horrible. 2 of our party of 6 had food poisoning on different nights. Their buffet would never pass health inspection. Not many activities to do on the ship if you do not get off in port.

We did the Lubeck tour offered by the ship. The guide was wonderful and the food at the end was better than any food on the ship.

Zeebrugge (Bruges), Belgium

Much cheaper shuttle to Brugge once you get off the ship. Do not pay ship excursion prices!!

Rotterdam, Netherlands

Le Havre (Paris), France Did not visit port

We've just completed a 7 night cruise like yours and will post our own separate review with photos sometime very soon. Your points are very valid, and having experienced other better cruise ships and companies, we would not travel with MSC again. Hope your next cruise is a better one, which it would be if you choose an adult cruise (i.e. no noisy kids with selfish parents) with RCI or P&Ođź‘Ť

Glad you had an almost four-star experience. That’s about the best you can do with Cruises currently.
