Review summary

I wish told us about using points from other curises found many passengers had a much better deal than us. some guests, booked an interior and got a balancy, some had a balancy for 580, some got upgraded from balancy to a suite

When dealing with MSC cruises it can be alot of downs and few ups. Some people really like , some are indifferent and other don't want to cruise with them again. MSC is nor a cruise to expect a smooth sailing trip, in my experience. Thanks for your review.

The disadvantage of using the phone booking, most of them are just trying to sell fast, maximizing profit, and not spend much time on you. As far as damp clothes on couch, was he expecting the steward to pick up after him?
