Compared to carnival, food is even worse. 4 day cruise I ate 11 cheeseburgers. No bun. Ordered a New York strip medium rare, came out like I was chewing on a leather shoe. Pizza wasn’t cooked completely!! I mean it’s pizza. How hard can it be…

Absolutely horrendous. I cruise a lot and I understand that English isn’t the first language. However MSC does not do a good job in screening for the best, most professional employees. Waiters were rude, managers incompetent and have zero ability Or experience in problem solving/guest services

Ship tip

Bartenders extremely slow, poor guest service, inexperienced management. Definitely won’t sail msc again.

MSC cruiselines definitely are hit and miss. The inside in the main areas is amazing to look at. Certain experiences like front desk and inclusive in the price food and be limited in variety and mediocre at other times. That ship is still the worst experience on a cruiseship. Although it was terrible. Thank you for your review.

I agree with most of your review. My husband and I were on the same sailing. The pizza we had was cooked correctly and we liked the evening shows. Personally, I think they should rename a few of the shows, from Peter Punk to Jack Sparrow has a Dream.

When I cruised on MSC (Italian owned Cruise line!) they had the best PIZZA, I've ever had on most of my cruises! Maybe they had someone that wasn't Italian making the pizza. 😆

We sailed Seaside last month, and I would agree this ship has some serious issues! It was very disappointing and unexpected, given that we had great experiences on two other MSC ships previously.
