So there was 11 of us who booked this cruise. All had the late (7:30) supper and bookings linked. Upon getting our cards we found some had 5pm some 7:30. No tables were even close to one another.
Spoke with customer service and they advised they would, “put us on a list”. Well they never sorted it out. I felt like there was no sense of urgency from the staff. People need better management training or busted down to water waiter.
Food was okay, not bad, not great, just okay.

Seemed like there was always stuff to do. Arcade, pools, casino. I did find the casino was dull. No one hitting, yelling or having a good time. Second cruise on MSC, no craps table.

No sense of urgency at all. Very few crew had a positive vibe. A few crew members had to be told to get their heads out while working. Bars with long lines only had 2 staff working.
Even at bars if you were tipping extra cash on drinks they took forever to get back to you.

Typical balcony room. It was clean and Cuzelda the steward was great.
Ship tip
Reserve and book speciality dining when you book your cruise. You will not get in if you did not reserve way in advance.
I experienced the same long wait times as well. My strategy was to order the next round of drinks as the 1st round arrived. After that I never had any further issues.
