The food & beverage employees were very non engaging. No eye contact, virtually zero greeting or conversations the entire trip. Very disappointing. Wife stood in line for Gelato and the only employee working said nothing and turned around and left. Wife did not get gelato as no one came to replace the girl that left. Every stateroom housekeeping employee that passed us in the halls was polite, acknowledged us and greeted us and made us feel welcome. Spa employees were friendly and courteous.

Cabin showed signs of wear in stains on sofa and carpet. Balcony was beautiful and gave a nice view of Ocean Cay including nighttime lighthouse show. Bed became more uncomfortable each night. Bathroom was clean and nice and functional.

Ship tip

Pay the extra for Yacht club for better food options and Spa privileges. The Spa was fantastic!!!

Food options on the island were limited to hamburgers and hot dogs. Very long lines for the on island buffet so we did not experience that. Alcohol is plentiful but non alcohol drinks were virtually non existent. Recommend the lighthouse climb! Beautiful and the guide both entertaining and informative. Cabana was worth the expense as shelter from the hot Bahamian sun is very limited on the island and having comfortable seats under cover to enjoy on the beach was worth it!
