Review summary
This trip was not relaxing at all. Unfortunately, this is our first and last time sailing with MSC. We were stuck with whatever they gave us at sea and I was so excited to get off! There were long lines for everything. The staff didn’t have answered for any of our questions, we were charged for 2 ginger ales after only asking for one, we were told they didn’t have any at all. Then we tried to get help removing the charges and had to stand at the bar and ask for assistance. We were told to go to another bar… just as we were about to walk away they brought ginger ale from somewhere. There were more things like that, that added up to make the trip into a really bad experience.Embarkation

Food and Dining
Ipanema Restaurant
Our waitress was lovely but, we kept getting the wrong thing. I’m not sure what our actual dining time was because the app said something different than everything else. Menu seemed limited and The front desk staff was rude on the second night and we had long waits for food to be brought to our table.
The Biscayne Bay Buffet & Pizzeria
Not much variety, mediocre food, nothing was labeled
