Review summary

Disappointed by the Guest Services customer level ( except for Camila and Gabriel). Lack of communication on the ship. Thank God for the Main Dining room, the Animation team and our steward. They are the one who made me appreciate a part of my cruise by their high level of service. They will do anything to make you happy.

Buffet was clean and meals were good. Missing a bit of choices, but still good. Main dining room: Marvelous service!!! If it wasn't for them, my cruise would be 100% disaster.

Dj's were good ! Shows were good! The Animation team is awesome and give their 100% every time we saw them.

The steward, Main Dining Room team and Animation teams are the best! It's unfortunate that I cannot say the same for Guest Services.

We had a balcony cabin. Really comfortable. Always clean and smelling good.. enough space for 3 adults.

Ship tip

Activate your card when you get onboard because at 250€, they stop charging your card if credit card not registered. Be aware that MSC charge 1€ per person for their MSC Fundation without our permission. You must fill out a form to decline giving that 'donation'. Enjoy the ship because it's worth testing all the spots..
