The cruise was nice, but our first one on an american ship was better. Unfortunately the people were pretty rude. I felt more comfortable with all the american people on my first cruise (I am German). Anyway - I would never go on a ship with over 5000 people again. It is way to many. The ship itself was beautiful and the shows great. The venchi ice cream was delicious. Sorry for my english!

Food and Dining

It was ok. I feel a little bit sorry for the staff working there. They cant keep up with so many people. We saw people cleaning their sandy shoes in the dining room. Not nice of them where other people are eating :-(

Service and Staff

Our waiters in the main dining room were excellent and did a perfect job to spoil us. Room stewards I think were ok. Could be a bit more cleaner, but I guess they dont have much time to clean the room. Other ship personnel was very nice.
Ship Quality

Ships layout and design were nice. The common toilets could be a little bit more clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Absolutely terrible! We booked a handicapped cabin to have more space. As soon as we went into the cabin it was smelling terribly for urin. We tried to sleep, but in the middle of the night we could not stand it anymore and called the reception. They sent two cleaning people and they tried to clean the carpet infront of the bed where all the urin smell came from. They gave up. All the urin from the guests before us must have been underneath the carpet. The guests must have peed all over the room. We moved in the night 3 a.m. to another smaller inside cabin although we were told that there was no cabin available anymore. We were very dissapointed because of the situation.
We were dissapointed because our private tour was cancelled, so we rushed in booking a tour via MSC. The snorkeling was cool but we did not see much of Cozumel. After snorkeling we stayed on a beach for an hour or so.
We did an MSC tour to Balmoral Island and a bus trip through Nassau. The island and especially the water was very nice, but tours via MSC are overcrowded
