My wife is already wanting to go again, MSC Seaside is a lovely ship with a great staff. There was one idiot reading the guest services gal the riot act about everything, he even said that they were served food directly on the tables, no plates, like they were dogs. Just goes to show you that you just can't please some people.
Embarkation

From the curb to the ship was about twenty minutes, it would have been shorter but our gal was being trained.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We had the easy drink package, there were so many options that it worked well for us, plus we weren't even charged gratuities for everything so no surprises on the bill whatsoever. The food was fine, some people complain about same food in the buffet, I think with 80 plus choices how can you complain? The main dining room was good, some hits and some misses.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Could have used a few more activities during port days, a couple of events that were supposed to take place ( belly flop, fruit carving) never happened.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Very different but in a good way, lots of singing, dancing, acrobatics, not your typical American styled theme, but remember the high European influence from the guests.
Don't miss the improve comedy, we only did one show on the next to last night but missed several earlier ones.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Very helpful and most did there jobs very well.

Cabin / Stateroom

If you are a clothes hound this may be an issue. There is very little drawer space, I ended up storing most of my clothes in my open suitcase under the bed.
Ship tip
Be very aware that there are a lot of Europeans in the cruise. Most of the time they will not even acknowledge your mere presence. Say what you want about Americans but overall I think we are ten times more courteous and aware.
We did an electric bike/ snorkel tour. Got to see a lot of the town and shore line, the snorkeling was ok but there was an annoying couple from Brazil that sucked a lot of the fun from the trip.
Did the self embarkation, from the time we left the room and we're off of the ship it was ten minutes, after that of course it's the port workers jobs and that was just another ten minutes.
