I would not recommend or ever sail on an MSC cruise again. As an avid cruiser, I can honestly say they do not know what the American market desires. Hands down the worst cruise I have ever been on!

Drinks were great as was the premium plus beverage package, but the FOOD WAS AWFUL!!! The worst food I have ever had on a cruise! The buffet was terrible, the main dining room food was so gross. Either no flavor, plastic awful aftertaste, or so much salt that was all you tasted.

The activities staff were friendly and tried to keep things entertaining. The pool areas lacked layout space and the design was terrible, no shade and no organization. People claimed all the chairs by 6:30 a.m. and never came back for hours- no one policed them and you had to keep track of your one and only towel the entire trip.

Glass-Walled Four Decks Atrium

Very beautiful - but they hold loud events in here and it travels to all the rooms on the levels of the atrium. Our room could hear everything that was happening until the wee hours of the night.
Entertainment

This is the only Excellent area - the shows were great, and short 30-40 min max and kept your attention. I wish more cruise lines would do these short and quick upbeat style shows.
Service and Staff

The staff really does try on this ship and they are very good at remembering your name and your preferred beverage. I would say the staff besides a few guest service members I encountered were some of the best I have experienced.
Ship Quality

Beautiful decor- especially the diamond staircase, and it was clean. The pool areas are not designed well.
Cabin / Stateroom

SO NOISY- felt like I was sleeping inside a tin can being crushed. Size is small, but it is very modern and clean.
Disorganized - we did express check out and it was chaos, lines all around the ship, no staff members to be found. We had to wait in another obscene line for an elevator because we had 2 suitcases - felt like we were treated like little kids that can't make their own decisions. HATED THIS!
