Review summary

Beautiful Ship, easy to navigate. Our 6 grandsons loved the cruise. Theater shows excellent!! Waiters excellent. Negatives were Bar service (5000 customers aboard, if you can't provide top service, Don't offer drink package incentive). Cruise industry is changing, less attention to customers, more attention to getting more people on ships.

Food was very good at main dining area and buffet, service was great. I had six grandsons, the waiters made us feel at home.

Theater shows were excellent, our family of 12 loved them all. Great production team.

I had 6 grandsons ages 9 and under, they had many activities, but there was enough things to do on decks, my grandkids didn't use the kids program much, but it was available if needed.

Waiters at main dining were outstanding, taking care of our group of 12 every evening at 5:15 seating.

Ship's layout was good. Cleanliness around pool deck could use improvement keeping up with dirty plates/glasses.

Ship tip

Beware of poor bar service. We had a drink package, but average time waiting at bar was 20 minutes for service. not enough servers, day 5, ra. Out of straws and bar server said he didn't have any.. customers getting tropical drinks and no straws. Never saw a supervisor monitoring service.

Went to simpson bay, was ok. We originally signed up for orient bay before cruise, got our excursion ticket and it said beach outing but didn't say where, the person at excursion didn't know what beach we were going to, because we found out due to hurricane, orient beach was closed.
