Review summary

Seaside is beautiful, shows spectacular, need to adjust the drink on us package, staff not all need to be trained in customer interactions, need to add lobster night and not charge for it like the other cruise lines.

Food at dining room and buffet so so. Drinks on us package a joke. We were told included everything but frozen drinks. All you get is straight up low premium shots and soda or juice to mix it.

The nightly theater shows were phenomenal don’t miss them.

We never met our cabin steward. In all my many years of cruiseing the cabin steward always introduce himself and they made sure our needs were met. Dining room staff unfriendly although we tried to break the ice. We did have a good experience with Adam supervisor in dining room. He made up where staff lacked.
