Review summary

We took a 7-day cruise on MSC Seaside in April 2018. The ship is absolutely beautiful. The staterooms are well-designed to maximize space. We were not impressed with housekeeping in our cabin - had to clean the bathroom ourselves upon arrival. Were missing washcloths several times during the week and had to go searching for them. The dining room staff was wonderful and took great care of us and the food was delicious, both in the dining room and at the buffet. We found the buffet on deck 16 to be less crowded (it is smaller) and still found a great selection of foods. The free on-board wifi to use their app worked the first day but we couldn't connect again the rest of the week due to weak signal. Had to use the TV to check show reservations, etc. Ports of call were wonderful and we would recommend this cruise!
