Review summary

This is the only ship that I felt rock during the cruise. I didn’t bring Dramamine because in all my cruising I have never had an issue. I went to buy some but was told they don’t sell it?! The bigness of the ship is definitely not because there is more to do. This ship has a lot more rooms and a lot less amenities!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Getting onboard was quick and easy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The buffets were closed a lot of the time and the food was the same everyday. The dining room food was good but nothing compared to other cruise lines.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
There were 2 arcade games compared to full arcades on other ships. They had a sport deck but it did not have half the activities on other lines. The pools were amazing but no different than any other cruise. I was disappointed that there was not an adult pool. The shows were ok. They did not make sense... in the middle of Peter Pan a dinosaur comes out?! A lot of opera! Hanging by the pool they played opera or Enta type music.. I want steel drums or island type cruise music!

Entertainment

2 out of 5
As I mentioned the shows were mostly opera. And the theater was small with no drink service.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
On a 7 day cruise our mini fridge was filled only twice. One day I had to ask 3 times for more water. Finally I had to call housekeeping to get our girl to refill it.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The infinity bridge had a panel completely shatter and it was not closed off!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was very nice and comparable to any other ship!

Ship tip

The elevators are a nightmare! We learned the first day that the ones by us only led to the steak restaurant and yacht club. We had to go to the other end of the ship with every other passenger. The bigness of the ship must be more cabins, definitely not more things to do!

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Disembarkation

Typical of any cruise

Thanks for sharing your cruise with us.

What was your room number? Were in the front of the ship? Is that why it was rocking so much?

I thought the South Beach pool on the aft of the ship was supposed to be adults only?
