We are frequent cruisers, over 100 taken that being said we were hesitant to book MSC but had a close friend took one convinced us to take our first cruise with MSC we are now hooked, been on two and have two more booked. Status match is a big plus went straight to gold. Give them a try and I bet you’ll be hooked also. 🚢🛳️ cruise happy !!! 😆

Our second trip on the Seashore, first one was during the Super Bowl short 5 day cruise so didn’t get to enjoy the ship as much as this trip. Overall we heard bad things about the food not sure what the complaints were all about? Only issue we had was the main dinning rooms brunch was very slow. But every other foods we tried we enjoyed fully.

If your into trivia it’s all great, and a bingo game now and then but other then that a little lite on action for the older crowd. Need a few more pre dinner activities.

The room attendant was wonderful, and every time you passed crew they truly were interested in letting you know we were welcome. Very friendly crew, only issue and it’s not a big deal the language barrier gets a little awkward.

Beautiful ship and the layout is very accommodating to the passengers.
One of the main reasons we love MSC the island is beautiful and there’s plenty of room to enjoy, and bars and food all inclusive. Haven’t had best of luck with excursions booked two each time canceled, for weather one trim and lack of people was the second that pissed me off a bit should not matter but that’s just my opinion.
I’ve been cruising with MSC when they first started on Davina when they came out of Miami and I have been cruising with them ever since up until now for 11 years, I’ve been on Royal. I’ve been on Norwegian cruise line. Also Disney never been interested in getting on carnival never I don’t like party votes. When I go on vacation I want to relax. Party is not relaxing for me. Haven’t been on really much any other line I am a gold as well MSC I love the cruise line. My son loves it. It’s the number one line. He’s been cruising since he’s been a baby. He’s now going on 13 and we just love it just him and I will go and just have a great time and relax MSC Island is by far. I just love it. I love it.
I agree with you 100%. I had a great time with great food and service. The entire cruise was amazing, but I will say that one of the crew members was very rude when it came to disembarkation and our time to leave was announced. He went from very polite to downright rude, by telling us to "get off the ship." I did book another cruise for Feb next year.
Thanks for the review and I will be sailing on this ship in about 3 months. I too enjoy MSC, guess that’s why I’m Diamond. If you get a chance try the Yacht Club. Nice.
