We cruised on March 17 to March 24.
Just poor all around. Mundane, repetitious foods at the buffet. Balcony room was so poorly designed it made for a cramped room environment.

Food and Dining
2 out of 5
The foods were mundane. Three of the nights we ate at the buffet because the dining room meals offered were diner like. The buffet was the same food each day except dinner. Interestingly, they only served ice cream from 12 noon until 5 pm. That was terrible.
Onboard Activities

there were things to do all over the ship. mostly trivia times that only lasted 30 minutes or so.
Entertainment

we book every show hoping to see some good entertainment. Unfortunately, we walked out on each show. They were very B type entertainment. The singers around the ship, really, did they pay them for this?? very poor quality
Service and Staff

Booked a balcony cabin to enjoy the outside in the mornings. The people next to me were smoking on their balcony all the time. After 5, yes 5, calls to Customer service, I was told they would need to see they smoking to stop it!!! So, I did not get to enjoy the balcony, but the rule breaking smokers did.... The ship service sucked... I recommend to ALL cruisers, go to the front desk and cancel all your gratuities and make the ship personnel earn their tips.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. BEST THING - THE CASINO WAS SMOKE FREE!!!!
Cabin / Stateroom

OMG - there were maybe 10 inches from the edge of the bed to the closet. what were they thinking.
Smallest bathroom I have been in on a cruise.
Ship tip
Find another ship and company to take a cruise on.
what a mess. designated time to leave 0915. Had to be out of our room by 7 am. We were an hour late leaving the ship. The luggage pick-up area was chaos.8
Another happy MSC cruiser I see. Many smokers are very selfish people. We have had the same problem of smokers smoking cigarettes and marijuana on their balconies ruining everyone elses experience that don't want to smell their smoke while on our balconies.
