Review summary
The Bad: This ship was a nightmare. Absolutely never again. The elevators are key padded. We waited every day, every time, for at least 5-15 minutes. I waited for 25 on one occasion. The communication and customer service sucks. The worst ever. Not a single conversation from the staff. Most don’t speak English. They have the identical nasty food options every single day. Not even a good soup option. We all went hungry pretty much the whole day. The lines for the only restaurant are two to three hours long. We literally ate at the buffet every day with shorter but still long lines. We tried to go an hour early and the line was already an hour wait. They open half their space and have one dining room with no check in process. They don’t provide wash rags for the bathroom and only two towels for a occupied three room person. The ship looks way nicer online. I waited about 10 to 20 minutes every time for a drink. The wait for gelato was even longer because it’s served at the bars and you have to wait for a bartender to come over and serve you. The hot tubs are filled to capacity with little kids. Food service was ordered to be delivered at 6:30 and they called at 11:00 to say they would be late. The ignorance of people cutting in front of you was absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t even attempt a show. Embarkment was a nightmare. The same cups, plates, and drinks people brought back to their rooms sat in the hallways the entire trip. I could go on and on, consistently bad. The good: Disembarkation we got there an hour early 6:30 for self express and there was already a long line but that only took about half an hour. We were off the ship and home by 9:30. You have to be out of your room by 7:00. The gelato was good. Trivia was fun. The island was nice despite the 35 minute wait for the transport to south beach. The room and balcony was nice. The karoke was a fun time watching. The bridge of sighs and serenity area are cool.Embarkation
