Review summary

Very disappointed. Long time cruiser, 45 cruises on Carnival, RC, Viking, and Princess. This one missed the mark, never felt the love. Never met cabin steward, room was never cleaned, towels never replaced. In fairness, it was only a two night cruise. Service was poor, food choices were poor, at least compared to other cruise lines. We won’t be doing MSC again. There was never a mention of a follow-up survey and we never received one. The people we traveled with also never received a survey either. It was as if they knew this cruise was not a good one. First time cruisers might have been impressed, but anyone who has cruised before could feel the difference. Good points were…ship is beautiful and shows were very good. All else fell short. Sorry.

Ship Quality

Elevators had long lines constantly and ship was not full.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was never cleaned, probably because it was such a short cruise. Not a good excuse. Towels never changed out.

Ship tip

Don’t do it. We have 40+ cruises and this was our first and last MSC.
