Msc ship was beautiful visually however, there needs to be major improvements to the entertainment offered and the communications btwn staff and guest.

The food was good but no variations same breakfast & lunch for 7 days at the buffet. Also breakfast ends way to early @930 in the main dinning rooms so u have no choice other than buffet unless you wake up every day at 6am during your vacation. Also there are periods where there's no food available at all! Lunch also ends way to early at 330!
Onboard Activities

The pools were very small and drinks are not allowed anywhere near the pool! Big negative for me. Also there were more pools for the kids than adults. The "adults only" pool was always packed n filled with children.
Entertainment

There was 2 shows per night 1 at 7pm & 1 @ 9pm. My dinner was at 9 so most times getting ready by 7pm especially after being off the ship all day. How can anyone make these show times?. There was trivia however all entertainment was 30 mins long, by the time you try to make it from 1 place to the next you missed it.

My room steward was amazing! Very pleasant & even remembered to give us ice every day after we asked 1 time! My water at the Manhattan was also amazing! Everu night he would greet us with a smile. The buffet staff is overwhelmed by the amount of guest, takes 20 mins to get a beverage with your lunch or breakfast

Room was nice and size was great. However having to pay $10 to watch anything on TV minus hgtv is terrible! In room entertainment should be included in your cruise package!

Get there early no matter what time your ticket says or prepare to wait in Miami heat for 4 hours to board the ship
The private island had no entertainment minus a sail away party at 730pm the music provided at the sail away party should have been there all day while we were docked for entertainment. The ftee buffet ended at 2pm and no one knew that. We were on the island until 815,- why would the buffet close do early forcing people to spend money after advertising all included
Only other food was burgers & hotdogs. If you don't eat meat like myself you will starve or live on French fries unless u just go back to the boat & eat
Thanks for the review.. People either love or hate MSC. The times food is served that you mentioned is not an issue for probably 90% or more of the people. Shows in the main theater at 7 & 9 PM are common on all cruise lines.
