This was my second and my husband's first cruise. We really enjoyed our time on the ship. The food was great and the service we received was outstanding. I really applaud you for your staff selections.

Embarkment was slow and hot. It took 3.5 hours to check in and by the time we did we were sweaty and tired.

Everything we ate on the ship was amazing, especially the food at Tribeca. Every bar on board was very nice to us and we never waited long for a drink.
Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the pools, but on smaller ships there are like crafting classes, or sushi making classes. I wanted something more to do than the pool or Bingo on our at sea days.
Entertainment

I loved all the shows we saw except the first night show, It just wasn't my thing. I loved Sean the magician, he was funny. I loved Paris, this was one of my favorites. The thing that I loved the most was the silent DJ, although I wish it had been more than an hour. Also I wish they would have told us we needed to bring our cruise cards to check out headphones since we were only wearing our wristbands. Had to go to the opposite side of the ship to get our cards and then come back.
Service and Staff

I wish I could give this one more than 5 stars. The staff and service we experienced was amazing. John was our dinner server in Tribeca with his assistant Alvin. They were on the spot and got us anything we asked for, even when we were at the buffet, or even on Ocean Cay. They were simply amazing. They were always kind and smiling (even though they wore a mask the whole time) Christian the head water was funny and always checking in on us. He was always quick with a joke or a sweet compliment. We also had the unfortunate experience of both of us having to go to Medical; but the doctors and nurses made this a pleasant experience. The doctors and nurses were accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was perfect for us. I loved my balcony. Oscar kept our room crisp and clean. The bed was soft and the pillows were comfy.
Ship tip
Buy the wristband. We didn't have to worry about keeping our card on us with the band. I loved it.
There was some stinging animal in the lagoon where we were in the afternoon that caused us not to be able to swim as long as we would have liked. Also the restaurant ran out of soda at lunch time and it was so hot all I wanted was a Diet Coke.
