Review summary
This ship and our room made more noise than the 4th of July. The ship made noises all night and when it was reported at the front desk they said it’s impossible and we were wrong. At the same time they advised a wheelchair to disembark would cost us $200. The crew in the dining room seemed to be in a training session. They were good but very inexperienced. Nobody ever came to our table to say thank you during the entire cruise.. If you want to attract the North American market you need the staff to understand English. Waiting in line for over to hours to board is ridiculous and dangerous. Paying extra to get a shrimp cocktail, steak and ice cream is really cheap. Just raise your prices a few bucks. You gave the impression to everybody we talked to your in financial trouble. This was our second MSC cruise and our last. .Embarkation
