Review summary

Horrible experience we cruise on different cruise lines more then 50 cruises my 3rd MSC but last one never again every day we get very dissatisfied with food service beverages package etc

Waiting for 3 hours to do checking, supposedly computer down and also change my cabin 3 times but the kast time my bags went to wrong cabin because they changed embarcación date without telling me

Breakfast and lunch very little variety and buffet every station close so a million people trying to get the food and had no taste and every body serve by they selves so if you scared of covid had that on mind

The only good service that We received was our waitress and his helper

The beverages package is a joke they do not have any deink that is included we get the expensive one because to get better quality drinks but that never happen they do not have the wines the beer the brandy on any of the bars we went so many times to guess service they never resolv anything to us only sorry for the inconvenient

Msc is been famous for having Mixes reviews maybe Spring Break affected their logic and organizing Agenda don't know.. They re trying the best to be a American Market it will take some time

Thanks for the review. People either live or hate MSC. I had a great experience on MSC in January and am booked again for October. I thought the food & service was equivalent to what was experienced in Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America and others. The Spring Break crowds may have affected your sailing.
