Beautiful Ship - lots of glass and wide open spaces. Cruise staff was excellent !! and the overall experience was outstanding. The only down side was the lack of production show style entertainment because of Covid-19 restrictions.

Extremely fast and very smooth - The covid test was done at the start - so when the processing was finished - we were immediately told that we were negative and could board.

Mostly because of the small number of passengers aboard and because there were no production shows because of the Covid-19 situation. The individual performers were - however - excellent. Hard to generate excitement with things such as "White Night" because of the small crowds.

Our pre-stay at the Miami Airport Embassy Suites was awful. The hotel lacks even basic safety measures and the many food servers wore "chin masks" and the food was Serve Yourself - with everyone touching everything.
Ships service staff on the Island - Excellent. Beaches - very clean and not at all crowded.
Could use a lot more shade. Hard to find a shaded area. Also, the wind - at time - could be a problem.
They made the rooms I booked different higher categories and bumped me out to resale rooms I had already booked and paid for. Then lie and tried to say it was because of covid-19. Bait and switched. I have back to back sailings in March and they did it to both. Never going to sail MSC again. Diamond status too. They clearly only care about revenue and not their guest. Even my travel agent says she's never seen anything like this before and is dumbfounded by it all. I'm sure she won't be push msc cruises ever again. I have been on 18 non msc cruise ship and have never had my room changed after booking let alone them recategorized it to a high category and resale it for more money. Shame on you msc You won't do well in the USA with this kind of trickery and lies to your customers.
