Thyago at the customer service desk was very helpful he speaks six languages and was able to resolve a credit issue for us.

The ship was beautiful and clean as a whistle! The infinity pool looks amazing but at the same time very shallow made for looks only.

Waited for a long time standing in one line while the people who were sitting by the disembarkations desk were allowed to go through the line first. Disorganization.

One reviewer after you only gave the Seashore 2 stars for ship quality, I guess they did not like the looks. All the YouTube videos I've watched the ship looks really beautiful and had positive reviews for style and comfort.
