terrible; the music is so loud everywhere that you cannot talk to the person in front of you without shouting. No quiet areas or library

Service and Staff

With the exception of a few staff members, compared to other cruise lines, the staff was rude and dismissive to requests. They need a lot of training in customer service

The ship is clean but the layout is horrible. Music is constantly blaring everywhere and a couple of the venues have seating that is set up either behind the stage or on another level so you can't see anything if seated there and no screens are provided

Good size cabin; pillows were the worst I have ever experienced-completely flat with no support
