Food and Dining

Food was good in main dining room, buffet was fine, but very busy, food up there was not equal to other brands. Could use some branding, burgers by ??, BBQ by Chef??. I think they should brand up with In and Out or 5 guys, even Cookout. Ie. Carnival has very good burgers and fries, I also like how other lines describe what it is. Some items were a mystery.
Onboard Activities

The ship is very, very nice. Lots to do, water slides, splash area, several pools, dome area, games, lots of bars, neat themed areas.
Entertainment

I hate to say it, but 2 stars only because the cruise director spoke several languages. The shows could be good, but the female singers are bad. Male singers were fine, dancers fine. Also, missing fun every cruise shows, no love and marriage show, if they had bingo, I never heard or saw it. Could and should have more DJ and music outdoors, they had some, and really should do more in dome area. Oh, the comedy was some sort of weird skit, 50% or more left after a few minutes. Why no stand up??
Service and Staff

Everything was fine, room steward was very nice, never saw him in our room, but it was magic like cleaned twice a day. Wait staff in dining room for breakfast was disorganized, several times was ask to take order, after we did. However, that is better than no one taking order.
Ship Quality

The ship is fantastic, for a pretty big ship, did not seem that crowded except for the elevator setup. If I was MSC and was building more of these ships, add some more lifts. Elevators are weird, you pick the floor in the hall, and a car is dispatched to you.
Cabin / Stateroom

Nice and good size. Shower would be tight for big person.
Had to be out of room at 7, ate and had to wait in area until zone called. That was fine, except the 7 o’clock kick out of room. Purchased, shuttle from MSC to ride to FLL for $44. Waited in hot Florida for well over an hour and half, bus never come. Flight was tight, so ask what had happened, they said bus was stuck in tunnel??? Gave me back the 44 and it cost 120 to get a taxi. Interesting, an Uber price was about 50, but I didn’t have time after waiting.
Thanks for the review I Sail Seashore last Year and I did like the Ship the food was good but no an outstanding performance the show were hit and miss, cabin looks good very clean, The Elevator were troublesome I Will Agree, Embarkation was smooth but Debark feel a Eternity
Even with some Issues I Giving a second Chance with Seascape and I Know I get a little of better results, Msc takes time to Solve issue referent to American Market..hid give them enough pressure amd they will work it
Glad you enjoyed most of it. MSC is not a carbon copy of what many are used to - Royal Caribbean, Carnival, NCL, etc. They are European owned and have many international passengers, so their food and entertainment don’t always appeal to some Americans. They have made changes to the menu and entertainment in the last couple of years, but it still isn’t going to be the same as other lines.
