Try to improve in training the staff to be more friendly, specially on the bars area. The staff on the specialty restaurants are very good though! But we were every night at the Zebra room and we had to go to order our drinks directly at the bar

The buffet was very limited and with almost the same things every day. And for 11 days it was very bad. We didn't know what to eat in the middle of the trip, imagine at the end. Specialty restaurants? Just 2? Wow! That's bad.

We didn't just because we were out every day and at night we enjoyed the entertainment activities and musicians. But the gym looks really good and the classes they offer

The entertainment was mostly good. The staff really friendly and amazing. We participate in everything every night. I took all the dance classes because the instructors were very good. Really high quality for a cruise, so I took advantage of that. I didn't rate 5 stars, just because many times, they didnt follow what was written in the schedule. We went once to the show and enjoyed, but not crazy about it. Musicians were ok all around, Dj played the same Disco music every day, like it was a Disco theme all around this trip and I missed the memo

The service was the worst all around. Staff in this cruise was not friendly. They were not like other cruises. The waiter and waitresses all around were really bad. They ignore you, because if they look at you, they have to bring another order. The only staff member I would give excellent reviews is the room cleaning people. Excellent on everything!

Im not expert on this, but it was very confusing. We got lost all the time. Everything was always clean!

Everything was good and always super clean! We had a couple of minor problems that they fixed very quickly.
We took the walking tour. Wonderful. My only complain is that it was supposed to be 3 hours and the tour guide made us walk 3 and a half hours without breaking. I was really tired.
