Review summary

hello

If you want to make a cruise NEVER go on the msc poesia, this vessel, should be towed, in to a dock for demolition.

everything is old, the ROOM, for 4 people is so smal, you can not get to the balcony, without rolling over the pirate bed, that stands almost in the middel of the room,

And yes I made a complain, and yes i was in everything RIGHT, but no one could help us, even the head of the department mrs mira ( she is dutch and was very friendly ) but nothing worked!!!!!

MSC had never be allowed to sell this trip, for 3 adults and one child in ONE room!!!!

it was a night mare!!!

no place to put your clothe for 4 , even the badroom not enouf storage for everthing

so if you diside to make a cruis

DONT GO WITH MSC POESIA !!!!!

I was on this ship last year and had no complaints with balcony room but only 2 in our room but I was perfectly happy with it and service was great .

I think it's terrible to judge the content based on (what I thought was obviously) language barriers. We were in this ship 6 years ago, so I can't speak to how it looks now. It was in good shape and the balcony cabin was the largest of all the balcony cabins we've had (3 total) I agree that the rooms (on any ship I suppose) wouldn't be comfortable for 4 people plus clothes/luggage.

spelling, wtf

If you all could write and speak dutch, german and french, like i do than say something , but YOU all i think only can speak and write english!!!

so send something in dutch!!!! big boys!!!!

and no the where no two cabins, msc told US, it was NO problem !!!

Want to keep it as cheap as possible, putting 4 People in just one single cabin and then complain about the space. Funny....

Your probably right Rob. MSC is geared toward Europeans

Ever think that English may not be posters native language?

Suggestion: GET TWO ROOMS!!!!!!

When you can barely understand some sentences as the one saying "and yes I made a complain and yes I was in everything right" something is wrong. someone needs to know how to put sentences correctly if they want to make a valid review. I know sometimes errors will happen but come on be realistic here. So on that note, my point was made and I will not argue about this. Have a nice day.

Why do? Lol

Why spelling errors matter? Is this Einstein 's descendant? I was on the Poesia, but it was in 2011. I liked it. It was Shiprocked though. A rock and roll cruise. I liked my balcony cabin

youngnana16    8 years ago

I have never even heard of it!

All the spelling errors 😖🙀

Sounds like someone should have booked two cabins.
