Review summary

Large ship, good layout. Pool water was directly pumped in from the Baltic sea which was very nice as I do not like chlorine.

Dining areas are very limited in selection and time of operation. For example breakfast is two hours in the morning, you miss it, you are out of luck. Drinking water is not available at all times, if you want water anytime, you have to pay for it.

Entertainment

Entertainers brought on board were generally good. The lead singer's choice of outfits was sleazy and cheap.

The attitude of the first line staff is no we cannot accommodate any special requests and always have to ask a superior. Language barrier exists as it is an Italian ship. Even though the staff indicate understanding of requests, the results are often mixed and show lack of communication.

Large city with beautiful canals. Not enough time to explore the highlights and Catherine the Great Palace. Excursions always take you to their souvenir shops.

Nothing to do. Arrived on Sunday and everything was closed. The stop was really for the ship to pick up passengers who came on the ship in droves.
