We loved the ship design. Best staff we have encountered. They were very friendly. Food was good and the gelato was delicious. Coffee barista was fun as wastheCD.not much to dislike here. We would go again!!!

Embarkation

Embarkation was relatively quick. They can use more signage and customer service people to direct. We had priority but got in the wrong line.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining was very good not great. No cruise line has great food. This was fine. There were good choices for dinner. It was nice to get a basket of bread rather than one roll. Bread was delicious. Wait staff was great at dinner. Breakfast was a different story. Service was slow and lacking. Kinda all over the place. Food was hit or miss. Great coffee. Ocean Cay was very good. Exceptional staff. Mexican restaurant was just ok. Steakhouse was delicious too. We had a 3 meal dining option and lots of menu items weren’t part of our package. It was OK, but it seemed weird excluding items. Buffet was hectic and we found it difficult to navigate when we went for breakfast. Pizza was best at sea. People should use utensils and not just grab food off the buffet, but we had lots of disrespectful people on our ship.

Jean-Philippe Crepes & Ice Cream

Gelato was awesome. Try the pistachio.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Went to a singing and dancing show which was adequate. Rock Circus was different but the drinks there were horrible. Sound system was very good in the round. Karaoke was fun in a strange venue. Thermal Spa was really nice but overcrowded on our last deadly. Well maintained.

A bit crowded and needed more signage and it will be fine.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

Been there many times. Really nice port to navigate. Something for everyone but venture outside the port.

Disembarkation

Could use more signage. We were going to take the ferry but we bought an inexpensive transfer to Grand Central because it was raining.
