Nice staff just wasn't interesting to our 11yr old. Couldn't get her to leave the one on carnival the following week

Kids pool closed. Slide area covered in suet that ruined bathing suits and beach bag.

Stopped was told I had a balance and had to go to customer service. They said I had a minibar charge but it was empty from day one
