We met some amazing people and had alot of fun, it seemed to be more stressful than relaxing at times because everything was so overcrowded but we made the best of it.
Embarkation

I didn't really understand why they bother giving you a time because everyone just shows up when they want anyway and you are all put in a big room and basically let on at the same time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Very nice selection of food and drinks available, we only ate in the dining room twice because our dining time was too late (9:30pm) and all the good parties started around then.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The main pool looked nice, but we never got in it. It was really overcrowded (standing room only in the pool) and you could never find a lounge chair unless you got up at the crack of dawn and saved one. People were actually fighting over them so we stayed away. The water park was fun but got old fast. We enjoyed going to some of the activites in the TV bar and lounge, and the magic show was really amazing.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The performers, musicians all did a great job. The DJs seemed to only have access to one playlist of about 20 songs, when we tried to request he said he didn't know if he would have it.
Children's Programs
No young children with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was super friendly, especially our room steward. He was always right there if we needed something and happy to help. Bartenders at certain bars were fantastic, we could tell the bartenders around the pool were annoyed with people so we tried not to go to those.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Everything seemed very clean and in good shape, they had alot to keep up with because people were behaving like animals and just leaving plates of food anywhere they felt like and young kids were running around terrorizing people and throwing things off balconies.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The view from the balcony was perfect, there was an overhang which blocked most of the sky but we figured it would be since it was a partial view. Cabin was cleaned and maintained well and our room steward must have come in a few times per day to be sure everything was clean.
Ship tip
It's a great time if you love food and drinks and the indoor shows. If you are looking for something with more outside activities and pools I would look for another ship.
Ocean Cay was beautiful, swimming and floating on our beach mat was amazing. Alot of people were getting stung by jellyfish so just try to stay away from the crowds in the water and you should be ok.
We walked to the shops then took a taxi to a local beach where we hung out with the locals and got to ride jet skiis and rent chairs and an umbrella. It felt like a genuine Nassau experience, we had a lot of fun and the locals were super nice and fun.
We opted to take our own luggage off so we could get home faster, which went ok but it was a long line so it took a while. Also, once we got to the door to leave they scanned our room keys and said we needed to close our account (which we supposedly did already the day before) so after they already let our 16 year old daughter off alone they made us go back to the main desk to "settle" our account. Turned out that the $250 hold they put on your card at the beginning caused a problem and our card declined. Next time I would not attach a card.
Thanks for your review. That ship is packed anytime of the year but during school break it had to be pretty bad. Good to hear you stuck in there and enjoyed what you could.
