This was our second cruise on this ship and itinerary. We're not disappointed. Staff is excellent.

Main dining room food was very good...service by Girish and Hecktor was outstanding...ate breakfast in the main dining room every morning...some days it was a brunch menu...very good

This dining room was excellent. Food was very good but it was the servers who made this so enjoyable. Girish and Hector were outstanding servers.

The song and dance shows were very good...magic shows were disappointing...the jazz trio in the Sky Lounge were excellent...white party was fun...

As stated Girish and Hector in the main dining room were excellent. Rodrigo our room steward was wonderful keeping the room clean and straightened out twice a day.

Ship was constantly being cleaned and polished. For a large ship it was easy to get around.
Cabin / Stateroom

Rodrigo kept the room clean. Bed was comfortable...shower was a little tight but functional.
Due to a late arrival due to current conditions and a medical emergency we stayed on the ship but lost an excursion to Cocoa Beach that was cancelled due to the late arrival.
Because of another medical emergency we arrived in Port late and did not get off the ship due to assigned dinner time since most shops were closed because of the late arrival. MSC did credit each room with a two hundred dollar onboard credit which was appreciated.
Thanks for a greatly detailed review. Glad your cruise experience seems to have been great, and great you an OBC , your stars-rating does not match your review description. Looks like a wonky glitch. You should contact Shipmate to see if there’s an issue w/ the app rating system (?) … this happens once in a while. Thanks for sharing & happy cruising 🤩⚓️😎❣️‼️
