This was a cruise we went with an open mind and not let other people's opinion determine whether we would book with MSC as we had a great time and would sail again with them.

The free drinks: orange juice, lemonade, and pineapple juice were like drinking water

The entertainment staff were great and had some great theme nights. Wish we had stuff to do after midnight.

The staff were great, especially our wait staff in the restaurant Risma and Henry

You would always see someone wiping down the common areas and vacuuming.

Cabin / Stateroom

It's very uncommon to not see your steward or have a card with his name. However, the room was cleaned every morning and would come back at night and do turn down service.

Vacation is what you make it!! Also going with the premise that you CANNOT please everyone is definitely the way to go! Glad you had a great time, we are sailing our first MSC in July 2024🛳️
