This was a cruise we went with an open mind and not let other people's opinion determine whether we would book with MSC as we had a great time and would sail again with them.

You would always see someone wiping down the common areas and vacuuming.

It's very uncommon to not see your steward or have a card with his name. However, the room was cleaned every morning and would come back at night and do turn down service.
