the receptionist lost the form I have apply for became a member and have the chance to collect points. in some of the shops in the cruise customer service is really poor Excellent entrainement, and great service from Fahal and kristin from the olive restaurant

@ Stefx, sorry to hear about your cruise rewards enrollment form, not acceptable considering MSC is looking to establish or expand to the brand to a more broad global market. I would encourage you to do what you would normally do when you receive lackluster service(s) for your hard earned money. Call the company customer service & file a formal complaint. Be as specific as possible & tell them you are requesting your reward credits for your past cruise. Also, if you booked w/ an MSC cruise concierge, call them & tell them about your experience & have them handle your rewards issue. Regarding the shops, eh, nothing major you cannot get online & probably cheaper. Yes, cheaper. The rarity is that you can say you picked up blablabla item on board your cruise ship. In my experience, the cruise ship tries to match your price on port or better. If the ship attendants failed to provide the customer you expect as a cruiser, let that company know, and review accordingly. There’s nothing they dread more than a poor & lackluster review. You need to keep in mind that all shops on cruise ships are run by onshore companies and not the cruise line. You should make them aware that you received poor service so they can take this up with the service provider.

Thank you for your review. I also found that many of the shops' attendants were either preoccupied or just simply didn't acknowledge customers coming in. Overall, there was not much of anything in those shops worth purchasing.
