Review summary

Overall, this cruise was another great MSC experience. Food was very good, service was fantastic, crew was helpful and friendly. Scheduling of excursions was very frustrating. Didn't know excursion times until late the night before. Times on our agenda on the app would change. Excursion tickets wouldn't match the actual times of the excursions. Spoke with excursion staff on multiple occasions. They were very helpful, and I learned that the excursion and planning system is the problem, not the staff. We will cruise with MSC again.

Very good. Service was good everywhere we went, no waits at bars, Good food options in MDR every night. Brass Anchor Pub became a favorite of ours.

Very good for the most part. Houdini show was underwhelming, rest were excellent. Conjurers shows were superb.

Great service the whole cruise. Some personnel were a little brusque when reembarking after leaving the ship at ports.

Aft balcony was very big. There were bunks in the cabin that were handy for storage. Larger than normal bathroom was great. Always clean, very comfortable.
