The booking, embarkation and disembarkation was the best parts.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
This was the best & easiest embarkation ive ever experience. Quick, effient, chairs to wait.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The buffet sucked. Food either under cooked or over cooked. No seasoning. Craziness in lines, running out of plates, utensils & especially coffee cups. No organization. Closes too early. Dinning room food was ok. They definitely dont know how to cook steak. Passing off rock lobster as Maine lobster. The servers & staff however were absolutely great. Especially Chris he was awesome
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The pools were nice, when they were open. Constantly being closed for some reason with no explanation.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Volumn of music was way too loud. Was distorted. Couldnt hear the person next to you. Hudene show was ok. Again volumn too loud for area. Sounds were distorted. Couldnt really follow what it was about.

Service and Staff

Chris in the dinning room was excellent. Give him a 20 out of 10. Always smiling. Making it special. Khavin our room steward was also great. Always greeting us with a smile and knew our names. They were great. Our hostess for anytime dinning was also great. Made sure we were comfortable and happy.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Always saw someone cleaning. Plenty of elevators. Only thing i didnt like was going ashore, had to take elevator to 1 deck then go midship to go down 1 more level. Hard to do when using a scooter to get around.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Had everything we needed for an inside room.
Ship tip
Make sure to bring European plugs to convert over. Dont be afraid to send food back. 80% of it will not be good.
Shopping mall is small and tight. Not a lot of room to move around in if you have a disability device. Undertow at Horseshoe Bay Beach was soooo bad. Very dangerous.
