Review summary

Everything was okay until I experienced the racism at Waves restaurant during lunch. When it was brought to the guy’s attention what he was doing wasn’t right, he didn’t understand why we had a problem with his behavior. It acted like we were the problem.

I notice whenever reviewers share their experience of racism, their comments are challenged and disparaged. That’s too bad and a really sad indictment on the challengers. It’s 2023 and racism and racist behaviors by ship staff, happens, whether you chose to believe it or not. Reviewers aren’t required to prove or even explain why they feel discriminated against, anymore than someone has to explain why they didn’t like the food, entertainment, etc.

I don't understand why people will post about things like this but never bother to say what actually happened. If you can't even say what the incident was, why should anybody believe it happened?

Hard to understand a "racist" event with no detailed description. Are we fellow cruisers supposed to boycott this cruise line when we have no idea what happened? Did you file a formal complaint?

This cruise line needs to their staff in order. The service was awful to say the least. The food was salty, warm juice was served with no ice. The lunch and breakfast settings were terrible. I received coffee with cream that curdled.
